Training and internships
At Ralf Schmitz, we know how challenging those first steps in the world of work can be, which is why we offer individual supervision for interns and trainees. We take our responsibility towards these young people seriously and aim to aid them in their professional development. During their time with our firm, they will learn about the requirements and challenges of working in a medium-sized family business, but also have plenty of freedom in and responsibility for their own work.
