To strengthen our Customer Advisory team in Berlin, we are currently seeking a dedicated draughtsperson (m/f/d).

Draughtsperson (m/f/d) – Residential Construction

To strengthen our Customer Advisory team at our Berlin office, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Draughtsperson (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

Following the purchase of a residential property from our portfolio, an exciting phase begins – the individual customisation of each home. To provide our clients with the best possible support during this process, our Customer Advisory team handles all related planning tasks.
As a draughtsperson, you will support the team with both design and implementation planning for our sophisticated residential projects.

  • Reviewing execution plans from specialist planners and architects
  • Ongoing maintenance of implementation plans and creation of purchaser-specific drawings
  • Adjusting purchaser plans, if necessary, in consultation with planners and architects
  • Regular coordination with project management and customer advisory
  • Scheduling, research tasks, email management, and file maintenance

Your Profile

  • You have completed vocational training as a draughtsperson and have at least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in property development
  • You are confident in both design and technical detail, preferably with experience in interior construction planning
  • You have excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD
  • You work independently, proactively, reliably, and with great attention to detail
  • You are proficient in standard MS Office applications
  • You maintain a clear overview and act responsibly with foresight
  • You are characterised by loyalty and discretion
