Anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in the heart of the metropolis has arrived at Kissinger Straße. A total of 37 apartments are spread across four floors plus a penthouse level. On the ground floor, six spacious residences boast private south-facing gardens, while the four luxurious penthouses feature expansive outdoor areas, including terraces and even rooftop spaces. The upper floors offer intelligently designed apartments ranging from 73 to 272 square metres, accommodating a variety of lifestyles. Anyone seeking an oasis in the midst of the city will find it here on Kissinger Straße.
Our project on Kissinger Straße embraces the character of the neighbourhood while revealing numerous distinctive features upon closer inspection.
Deep front gardens shield the building from the quiet, tree-lined street while subtly blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Another striking design element: the balconies echo the pattern of the hand-forged railings with their diamond-shaped motifs.

Its façade stretches nearly 90 metres – almost four times the width of a typical Berlin building plot.
To harmoniously structure this volume, we have created three separate entrances, each with its own house number and distinguished foyer.

A first impression of our planned showroom:
Elegant oak parquet flooring, panelling, and decorative mouldings lend the rooms a Parisian charm. The kitchen area makes a bold statement with a stylish illuminated ceiling and dark materials, while the white kitchen island, flanked by two columns, seamlessly transitions into the living space. Dark-stained woods, natural stone, and soft fabrics define the ambience. In the master bedroom, complete with a dressing area and bathroom, warm grey tones and finely crafted light wood fronts take centre stage.
A one-of-a-kind residence with exceptional design.

Perfectly thought out down to the smallest detail, the technical features include a PV system as well as a spacious underground car park, pre-equipped for e-mobility.
Special features such as the charming courtyard garden and the converted old coach house, now a gym, add unique character to this timelessly elegant building. A particular highlight for relaxation before and after each workout is the intimate, green open-air atrium, paved with natural stone.

Schmargendorf – small, refined, and full of charm. It feels like a world of its own, yet Kurfürstendamm is just 15 minutes away, and KaDeWe can be reached in 17 minutes.
From 1900 onwards, the impressive town hall was built, and in 1920, the area was incorporated into Greater Berlin, becoming part of Wilmersdorf. Today, life thrives in two main centres: at Roseneck and around the historic town hall along Berkaer Straße and Breite Straße. Here, cosy cafés, fine restaurants, boutiques, and shops line the streets – a charming part of Berlin with a character all its own.
