The base, entrance portals and garage door of this classic facade are framed in natural stone with strong character; profiled with sand-colored facing bricks, dark spandrel grilles flatter the floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.
Inmidst beautiful old buildings and luxurious villas, Golzheim is one of the most attractive addresses in the city. The extensive park with a large area and old trees directly situated on the banks of the Rhine, is minutes away. The pedestrian proximity to the city center, the urban mixture of spacious green areas, high-quality residential areas and office locations make Golzheim one of the most sought-after districts of the state capital Düsseldorf.
In the luxurious entrance, the natural stone staircase with brass handrails lead to the elevator, classic columns frame the console and mirror. The common areas were designed by Düsseldorf-based interior designer Oliver Jungel; narrow consoles, mirrors and elegant wall lights adorn each floor.
Inspired by historical models of the previous century, the design is not limited to the facade. The architects also put a lot of effort and attention to the smallest detail into the interior design. Stylishly designed entrances and staircases, classic floor plans, in central hallways and room alignments, fine parquet flooring, attractively designed bathrooms are just a few key points. Underfloor heating, underground parking with direct access to the house and elevators with nobly designed cabins up to the apartment door.
