The Bongard house was completed in 2014. Planned by RKW ARCHITEKTUR +, the bright classical facade blends effortlessly into this coveted Düsseldorf location. The base is framed with shell limestone and set off in color with refined cornice bands. The large, noble gray windows and semicircular bay windows make arriving a pleasure in itself.
The entrance area is roofed and generously illuminated with recessed spotlights. The doorbell panel with integrated video camera and intercom module, as well as the brass mailboxes, are recessed to the side of the front door. The custom-made house entrance door, covered with brass, welcomes the resident to house number 3 of Bongardstraße.
We define luxury a little differently. Luxury is not the golden faucet or a string of equipment criteria.
