From the outside, the freestanding building presents itself as a distinctive urban building block, which, with its natural stone base, bay windows, and amber-colored brick, contemporarily continues the classic architectural language of Oberkassel. Inside, a high-quality designed foyer welcomes you, featuring a dark color scheme, natural stone, bronze details, sophisticated lighting design, and an elevator. On two floors, twelve apartments are created, with living areas ranging from over 62 to around 143 square meters.
