In Grunewald, one of the most sought-after residential areas in the west of Berlin, RALF SCHMITZ completed the Griegstrasse townhouses in 2010. They were designed by the Berlin practice Kahlfeldt Architekten, known for its classical architecture. The same approach continues inside: entrance halls and curved staircases welcome residents, and ceilings are up to 3.20 metres high. Double doors link the rooms into long enfilades and can be closed when needed.
One of the finest addresses in the west of Berlin is the Grunewald. The largest forest area in West of the city makes it easy to forget that you are in the middle of a metropolis. Just
A few meters from Kurfürstendamm, this green oasis combines urbanity, elegance and relaxing tranquility like no other district in Berlin.
After our representative townhouses in Richard-Strauss-Straße and the exclusive town apartments in Hubertusgärten, another property has now been completed in an extraordinary location: the townhouses in Griegstraße.

For the planning of the townhouses in Griegstrasse, we commissioned the renowned Berlin architecture firm Kahlfeldt Architekten, whose projects are known and in demand throughout Germany for classically elegant architecture. And so the architects are also special here. Great care and sophistication in planning and preparing a timeless and balanced architecture architecture proceeded.
The classic appearance continues in the interior: representative entrance areas, spacious foyers, elegant stairwells and clear room heights of up to 3.20 m.
The floor plans are generously laid out in accordance with the exclusive location and impress with classic room sequences with captivating lines of sight and room fl ows, which can be delimited by generous double-leaf doors
