Following our building “Am Belsenplatz” (2025), as well as the residential duo at Greifweg 14/16 (2018), another classic RALF SCHMITZ property is now being developed.
With this pair of buildings, the architectural evolution of this location is being consistently continued. Twelve luxurious owner-occupied apartments are being created, with living spaces ranging from approximately 128 to 264 square metres. The enclosed project brochure, along with selected sample floor plans, provides an initial impression.

Designed by architects KESSEL and ZÜGER: They previously created The Theodor, an apartment building in Düsseldorf’s Carlstadt for RALF SCHMITZ, featuring a timeless, elegant, and light-filled façade that subtly integrates into the streetscape, along with a courtyard building clad in brickwork, reminiscent of the artisanal workshops that once shaped the neighborhood—all connected by a charmingly landscaped courtyard.
The apartments at GREIFWEG 8/10 benefit from dual orientations, facing both the street and the green courtyard. Generous sightlines, private gardens on the ground floor, and modern building technology—including a heat pump and solar panels—ensure contemporary living comfort.
