Schmargendorf is one of those Berlin neighbourhoods that captivates with quiet confidence. Amidst mature trees, well-tended front gardens and architectural witnesses to times past, a cityscape unfolds that radiates tranquillity while brimming with life.
Green, AUTHENTIC, steeped in history – yet just moments from the vibrant heart of the city.
Our development on Kissingerstraße 3, 4, and 5 reflects the character of its surroundings with subtle sensitivity – and upon closer inspection, surprises with both its scale and architectural sophistication. Stretching across nearly 90 metres, the classically articulated façade features three distinguished entrances, decorative foyers, and a central pediment that rises prominently above the surrounding buildings.
Elegantly placed bays, generous loggias, balconies adorned with wrought-iron detailing, and finely profiled cornices echo the motifs of the local Reform architecture, rendering the building a timeless statement of understated elegance.
Schmargendorf boasts a long and varied history – from its origins as a medieval village, through its transformation into a villa suburb, to the vibrant and characterful district it is today. This heritage is still visible in buildings such as the imposing Schmargendorf Town Hall or the expressionist Kreuzkirche on Hohenzollerndamm – a truly unique architectural landmark, with its blue-violet brickwork, majolica portal, and striking triple-tower façade. And right at the heart of it all: the Kissingerstraße project – nestled in quiet streets, framed by mature trees and the rhythm of new life.

A neighbourhood for connoisseurs – and those who appreciate the finer things in life.
Just a few minutes’ walk from your new home, daily delights await: a pistachio croissant at JO Caffè in the morning, seasonal dishes at LOOMS for lunch, or a classic at the long-established La Cascina. For a quick grocery stop, Denns Biomarkt in the immediate neighbourhood offers fresh products of the highest quality – housed in the listed former post office building. The tennis and hockey club TC Blau-Weiss 1899 is also close by, as is the refined PHC Bar at Schlosshotel Grunewald.

Family-friendly, vibrant, cultivated
The area surrounding Kissingerstraße is defined by a pleasant sense of calm. Families appreciate the playground garden on Forckenbeckstraße, complete with water features, climbing frames and a table tennis table. Literature lovers are drawn to the atmospheric district library located in the sandstone cellar of the town hall – a place once home to Rainer Maria Rilke, where he wrote his “Schmargendorf Diaries”. Just a few streets away, the Brücke Museum and Galerie Bastian present major works of Classical Modernism – set amidst greenery and tranquillity on the edge of Grunewald Forest.
Cinematic history was also made here: film director Fritz Lang, creator of “Metropolis”, once lived on Hohenzollerndamm – a touch of the Roaring Twenties still lingers in the air.
Our new development offers a modern, understated interpretation of the neighbourhood: white façades, elegant bay windows, generous balconies, and a dark roof – every detail carefully considered, each element deliberately chosen. A total of 37 freehold apartments are being created, designed by the renowned firm Sebastian Treese Architects, combining individuality and residential comfort at the highest level.
